| Commitments and Contingencies Disclosure | Contingencies On September 4, 2026, an individual named Jeff Kessler filed a putative class action complaint against Verisign and ICANN in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The complaint asserts claims under federal and California antitrust and unfair competition laws relating to the .com Registry Agreement and .com domain name pricing, and seeks both injunctive relief and damages. Verisign intends to vigorously defend this matter. Based on the information currently available, the Company is unable to reasonably estimate a range of possible losses, if any, that may result from this proceeding.
