Earnings Per Share [Abstract]
NET INCOME PER SHARE NET INCOME PER SHARE
Basic net income per share is computed by dividing net income by the weighted-average number of shares of the Class A Common Stock, and the Company’s Class B Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share (“Class B Common Stock” and, together with Class A Common Stock, “Common Stock”), outstanding during the period. In the first quarter of fiscal year 2024, all Class B Common Stock was reclassified, exchanged and converted into Class A Common Stock in connection with the Reclassification (as defined below). See Note 13, “Shareholders’ Equity” for additional information. Diluted net income per share is computed by dividing net income by the weighted-average number of shares of Common Stock outstanding during the period, including potentially dilutive shares of Common Stock equivalents outstanding during the period. The dilutive effect of potential shares of Common Stock is determined using the treasury stock method. The following table sets forth the computation of basic and diluted net income per common share under the treasury stock method for fiscal years 2026, 2025 and 2024:
