Note 2 – Prepaid Expenses

As of August 31, 2026 and May 31, 2026, prepaid expenses consisted of the following. The prepaid biochar equipment deposit represents the 50% advance paid in February 2026 on equipment to be supplied to a related party project (Note 21); the remaining instalments, which fall due on dispatch and commissioning of the equipment, had not been invoiced as due at August 31, 2026 and are not recorded.
