Multiemployer Plan

On August 2, 2024, the Company entered into an equity purchase agreement to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Elkhart Products Corporation (Elkhart). Elkhart contributes to the IAM National Pension Fund (IAM Plan). The Employer Identification Number for this plan is 51-6031295.
