| Related Parties | Related Parties Jeremy Schneiderman, CEO of Drone Nerds, an employee of the Company since November 10, 2025, and interim CEO of the Company effective August 17, 2026, also serves as CEO of and has an economic stake in the Sellers. As discussed under Note 8—Debt and Note 9—Capital Stock, the Sellers hold acquisition-related promissory notes issued by the Company and 6,524,576 Class B Units of XTI Drones Holdings, LLC, representing a 16.597% ownership of XTI Drones Holdings, LLC. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, the Company made aggregated principal payments of $1.5 million and $3.5 million, respectively. Additionally, the Company paid interest of $0.1 million and $0.2 million during the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, respectively. As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the principal balance outstanding on the Notes was $4.4 million and $7.9 million, respectively. The Notes mature on November 10, 2026.
