Related Party Transactions Prior to July 2, 2026, the Company held an approximate 39.5% equity interest in Aireon Holdings LLC (“Aireon Holdings”), which owns Aireon LLC (“Aireon”), and accounted for its investment under the equity method. On July 2, 2026, the Company acquired the remaining equity interests in Aireon Holdings, which became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (see Note 11). Prior to the acquisition, the Company provided satellite hosting, power and data services, and administrative and support services to Aireon under various agreements. The Company recognized hosting fee revenue of zero and $2.3 million for the three months ended September 30, 2026, and 2025, respectively, and $4.6 million and $6.9 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively. Power and data service revenue was zero and $5.9 million for the three months ended September 30, 2026, and 2025, respectively, and $11.7 million and $17.6 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively. Amounts for 2026 reflect only transactions prior to the acquisition date. As of December 31, 2025, receivables due from Aireon for power and data services and administrative and support services totaled $2.0 million and $0.3 million, respectively. Following the closing of the acquisition on July 2, 2026, transactions and balances between the Company and Aireon are eliminated in consolidation.
