| COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES | NOTE 6 – COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES
On August 1, 2025, the Company entered into a Mobile Application and Website Purchase Agreement. The software is located at https://viducateplatform.com/. The Company became the owner of the Viducate software on November 25, 2025. The seller of the software agreed, under an addendum to the agreement dated December 20, 2025, that the payment would be deferred until October 25, 2026.
