On November 21, 2025, the Company issued 2,500,000 shares of common stock to a director Usman Kuso for cash proceeds of $250 at $0.0001 per share.
In May 2026, the Company issued 300,000 shares of common stock for cash proceeds of $6,000 at $0.02 per share.
In June 2026, the Company issued 300,000 shares of common stock for cash proceeds of $6,000 at $0.02 per share.
In July 2026, the Company issued 300,000 shares of common stock for cash proceeds of $6,000 at $0.02 per share.
In August 2026, the Company issued 330,000 shares of common stock for cash proceeds of $6,600 at $0.02 per share.
In September 2026, the Company issued 150,000 shares of common stock for cash proceeds of $3,000 at $0.02 per share.
