During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, and 2025, the Company earned revenue of $1,286,305 and $441,059, respectively. Of this revenue, $775,000 was recognized from villa sales, $431,975, was recognized from rental income, $75,055 is from Management Fees., and $4,275 was earned from commission.
During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, the Company earned revenue of $441,059. Of this revenue, $322,811, was recognized from rental income, $89,890 was earned from commission, and $28,357 is from Management Fees.
