Legal Proceedings
We were not subject to any legal proceedings during the year ended June 30, 2026, and, to the best of our knowledge, no legal proceedings are pending or threatened against the Company that would have a material adverse effect on its financial position, results of operations, or cash flows.
Purchase Commitments
We were not party to any purchase commitments during the year ended June 30, 2026.
Management is not aware of any non-cancelable purchase obligations or long-term supply agreements that would require disclosure under ASC 440 or Regulation S-K.
