Other non-current assets consist of escrow deposit – real estate and security deposit. The balance of other non-current assets as of June 30, 2026, and 2025 was $19,500 and $19,500, respectively. As of June 30, 2026 and 2025, the balance consisted of security deposit of $14,500, and an escrow deposit- real estate of $5,000.
