Cannabis Suisse Corp. (“Company”) was incorporated in the State of Nevada on February 26, 2016. Since June 2022, the Company has focused on real estate operations and has had no involvement in any aspect of the cannabis industry.
The Company leases commercial properties from entities controlled by its Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”). In March 2026, the Company entered into a sublease arrangement with a different entity controlled by its CEO for a portion of the property located at 10 N Newnan Street, Jacksonville, Florida. See Note 9. |
