NOTE L – MAJOR SUPPLIERS

During the nine months ended August 31, 2026 and August 31, 2025 there was one foreign supplier accounting for 28% and 29%, respectively of total inventory purchased.

The Company purchases substantially all of its products overseas. For the nine months ended August 31, 2026, the Company purchased 30% of its products from Taiwan, 17% from Hong Kong, 50% from elsewhere in Asia and less than 1% overseas outside of Asia. The Company purchases the balance of its products in the United States.
