Cost Reduction and Related Restructuring Activities	Cost Reduction and Related Restructuring Activities In connection with our transformation strategy, we implemented multiple reductions in force throughout our organization. During fiscal 2026 and fiscal 2025, we reduced headcount within our continuing operations by approximately 135 total employees and contractors, resulting in $18,500,000 in annualized labor cost savings. At July 31, 2026, we had approximately 817 employees (including temporary employees and contractors). Our severance liability was $35,000 and $645,000, respectively, as of July 31, 2026 and July 31, 2025. Severance costs, recorded within selling, general and administrative expenses in our Consolidated Statements of Operations were $251,000 and $1,901,000, respectively, for fiscal 2026 and 2025. Severance payments were $861,000 and $1,644,000, respectively, for fiscal 2026 and 2025.
