Note 13 – Selling, General and Administrative Expense

Selling, general and administrative costs are expensed as incurred and primarily include personnel costs in the U.S., public filing fees, travel expenses, contractor fees, and professional fees. Advertising expense was immaterial for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025.
