| COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES | NOTE 6 – COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Contractual Commitments On January 8, 2026, the Company incurred a contractual payment commitment of $50,415 in connection with software optimization. As of August 31, 2026, capitalized software refactoring costs amounted to $50,395. During the three months ended August 31, 2026, the Company engaged a third-party software development vendor for the development of its API; costs of $35,640 were capitalized and $7,200 were expensed under this engagement, and no amounts remained payable to the vendor as of August 31, 2026. Litigation The Company was not subject to any legal proceedings during the period from March 4, 2025 (Inception) to August 31, 2026 and no legal proceedings are currently pending or threatened to the best of our knowledge. |
