| INTANGIBLE ASSETS | NOTE 5 – INTANGIBLE ASSETS The Smarterest mobile application acquired for $212,538 was placed in service in June 2025 and is being amortized on a straight-line basis over an estimated useful life of 60 months. Website development costs of $16,800 were placed in service in October 2025 and are being amortized over 36 months; an enhancement of $8,400 was placed in service in May 2026 and is being amortized over the remaining useful life of the underlying asset of 29 months. Software refactoring costs of $50,395 were placed in service in March 2026 and are being amortized over 60 months. During the three months ended August 31, 2026, the Company capitalized API development costs of $35,640, which were placed in service in July 2026 and are being amortized over an estimated useful life of 60 months. Amortization expense was $16,009 and $10,627 for the three months ended August 31, 2026 and 2025, respectively. Intangible assets consisted of the following:
