| OTHER PAYABLES AND OTHER CURRENT LIABILITIES | NOTE 8 — OTHER PAYABLES AND OTHER CURRENT LIABILITIES A summary of the Company’s other payables and other liabilities:
Compensation payable represents salaries, wages and related payroll obligations earned by employees but not yet paid as of the balance sheet date. Credit card payable represents outstanding corporate credit card balances, which are settled in the ordinary course of business. Other accrued expenses consist primarily of professional service fees payable, including audit, tax, legal and consulting fees, which are accrued as incurred and settled in the ordinary course of business. The decrease in other payables and other current liabilities from $418,367 as of November 30, 2025 to $245,964 as of August 31, 2026 was primarily attributable to the settlement of accrued professional fees carried over from the prior fiscal year. |
