Purchase agreement description                     On November 28, 2025, the Company entered into a securities purchase agreement to which the Company agreed to sell, and the Investor agreed to purchase, in a private placement, 391,667 shares of its common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, at a purchase price of $8.00 per share, and 130,556 three-year warrants, exercisable after sixty (60) days for aggregate gross proceeds of $3,133,333. As of June 30, 2026, the Company issued 93,750 shares of common stock for $750,000 in aggregate proceeds.
