The Company’s total authorized shares of $0.001 par value class B common shares is 100,000,000.
Upon its formation, the Company issued 10,000,000 of class B common shares, for a total of $10,000, which are held by SILVER SAND FINTECH PTE. LTD., which is wholly owned by our sole officer and director, John Ng.
As of June 30, 2026, the Company had 10,019,730 shares of Class B common stock issued and outstanding, of which 19,730 shares were issued in connection with the Company's public offering pursuant to its Form S-1 registration statement, declared effective on March 31, 2026.
