Cybersecurity Risk Management, Strategy, and Governance [Abstract]
Cybersecurity Risk Management Processes for Assessing, Identifying, and Managing Threats [Text Block] Cybersecurity Risk Management

For the reporting period, we did not identify any cybersecurity threats that have materially affected or are reasonably likely to materially affect our business strategy, results of operations, or financial condition.

Once we begin our operations, we may implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect our data and systems. Our policies may include regular risk assessments, employee training, and incident response plans. The board may oversee our cybersecurity strategy, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation. Technical controls like firewalls and encryption safeguard our information, while continuous monitoring allows prompt incident response. In case of a cybersecurity incident, we may establish procedures for reporting, investigating, and mitigating impacts, with timely disclosure to stakeholders.

However, despite our efforts, we cannot eliminate all risks from cybersecurity threats or provide assurances that we have not experienced undetected cybersecurity incidents.
