As previously reported in Current Reports on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 31, 2026 and October 1, 2026, Lifeward Ltd. (the “Company”) appointed Rami Aviram as its Chief Financial Officer, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, effective November 1, 2026. On October 4, 2026, Mr. Aviram informed the Company that he has decided not to join the Company and, accordingly, will not assume the role of Chief Financial Officer.
As disclosed in the October 1, 2026 Form 8-K, Josh Hexter currently serves as the Company’s interim principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. Mr. Hexter will continue to serve in these capacities until a successor is appointed. Mr. Hexter will not receive any additional compensation in connection with his continued service in these capacities.
The Company is conducting a search to identify a permanent successor for the Chief Financial Officer position and will announce a successor at the conclusion of the ongoing search process.
