Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

Entravision Communications Corporation (the "Company") amended its Station Affiliation Agreement with affiliates of TelevisaUnivision, Inc. on October 5, 2026. The Amendment extends the term of the Station Affiliation Agreement from December 31, 2026 to March 31, 2027. The term renews automatically for successive three-month periods unless either party gives 30 days' notice that it will not renew. The Amendment also extends the related proxy and marketing and sales agreements between the parties on the same terms. TelevisaUnivision owns approximately 10% of the Company's common stock on a fully-converted basis.
