On October 2, 2026, Angel S. Willis, Executive Vice President, Global General Counsel and Corporate Affairs Officer, notified The Kraft Heinz Company (the “Company”) that she has decided to resign from her position with the Company, effective October 20, 2026, to pursue other opportunities.
