On September 30, 2026, Ms. Yishi Huang tendered her resignation as an independent director of AIOS Tech Inc. (the “Company”), including from her positions as chairperson of the nominating committee and as a member of each of the audit committee and the compensation committee of the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”), effective September 30, 2026. Ms. Huang’s resignation was due to other commitments and did not result from any disagreement with the Company or the Board regarding the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The nominating committee and the Board are actively searching for a qualified candidate to fill the vacancy resulting from Ms. Huang’s resignation.
