| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events On July 22, 2026, we entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets and assume certain liabilities of Domo, Inc. ("Domo"), including its AI and data products platform, for approximately $400 million. The closing of the acquisition occurred on September 22, 2026, and was funded with borrowings under our existing revolving credit facility. The Company is in the process of finalizing the accounting for this transaction and will provide the preliminary purchase price allocation, subject to measurement period adjustments, in the Company's Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2026.
