On September 30, 2026, Lion Group Holding Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has sold its entire holdings of Solana and a portion of its Bitcoin holdings on September 29, 2026, in order to acquire an additional approximately 38,102 Hyperliquid tokens (“HYPE”). Following the reallocation, the Company holds approximately 232,900 HYPE valued at approximately US$20.1 million.
