SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO THE

AMENDED AND RESTATED

TRANSFER AGENT SERVICING AGREEMENT

THIS AMENDMENT, effective as of the last date written on the signature page (the “Effective Date”), to the Amended and Restated Transfer Agent Servicing Agreement, dated as of July 11, 2025, as amended (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between TIDAL TRUST I (formerly, Tidal ETF Trust), a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and U.S. BANCORP FUND SERVICES, LLC d/b/a U.S. BANK GLOBAL FUND SERVICES, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“USBGFS”).

WHEREAS, the parties entered into the Agreement; and

WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend Exhibit A of the Agreement to add the following ETF series:

WHEREAS, the parties desire to reflect the following name changes:

WHEREAS, Section 13 of the Agreement allows for its amendment by a written instrument executed by the Trust and USBGFS, and authorized or approved by the Trust’s Board of Trustees.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants herein contained, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, do hereby agree as follows:
