the year ended December 31, 2025, the Company entered into five borrowing arrangements with
a third party for an aggregate principal amount of $14,160,101, bearing interest at 9% per
annum. Certain borrowings were guaranteed by individuals or entities or secured by certain
assets. As of June 30, 2026, all of the above borrowings, including the related accrued interest,
had been fully repaid. |
