Of the remaining balance as of June 30, 2026, $267,459 was overdue, as notified by the Tax Bureau in a Tax Matters Notice. The overdue amount was attributable to certain value-added tax invoices issued by the Company’s upstream suppliers during 2018 and 2019 that were subsequently identified as abnormal deductions in the tax authorities’ system.
