On September 29, 2026, Stablecoin Development Corporation (the “Company”) became aware of unusual trading activity in its common stock, par value $0.01 per share, on the NYSE American. The Company is making this statement pursuant to Section 401(d) of the NYSE American Company Guide. The Company has made inquiries and does not believe corrective actions are appropriate. The Company is not aware of any material non-public information relating to the Company, or of any pending transaction involving the Company, its stockholders, directors or officers, that could be causing the trading activity. The Company is further announcing that there has been no material development in its business and affairs not previously disclosed or, to its knowledge, any other reason to account for the unusual market action.
