Atlas Critical Minerals Corporation engaged SGS Canada Inc. to prepare a technical report summary (the “TRS”), including a maiden resource estimate, in accordance with Item 1300 of Regulation S-K for its Malacacheta Graphite Project located in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The TRS is dated as of September 23, 2026, with an effective date of September 14, 2026, and is filed as Exhibit 96.1 to this Form 6-K.
