COMMITMENTS	NOTE 17 – COMMITMENTS We commenced the Aurora at Green Valley construction in September 2024. MRC Aurora entered into several contracts with third parties for the construction of the project. These contracts represented MRC Aurora’s commitment to incur future expenditures for the development of the project. The project was completed in phases, with construction fully completed in September 2025. Therefore, as of June 30, 2026, MRC Aurora had no outstanding commitments with third parties. As of June 30, 2025, the total commitments amounted to $5.91 million.
