Nature of relationships with related parties:
The Company had an unsecured, interest-free, non-trade advance from a related party namely Star Sprite Limited amounting to MYR3,259,111 and MYR884,824 (US$216,762), respectively, as of December 31, 2025 and June 30, 2026.
The Company had an unsecured, interest-free, non-trade advance from director amounting to MYR779 and MYR7,017 (US$1,719), respectively, as of December 31, 2025 and June 30, 2026.
