On September 28, 2026, Cabbacis Inc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company filed its Semiannual Report on Form 1-SA for the semiannual period ending June 30, 2026 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The press release also contained a corporate update and announced some of the Company’s financial results for the semiannual period ending June 30, 2026; complete financial results for the semiannual period ending June 30, 2026 are included in the Semiannual Report. A copy of the press release announcing the filing of the Company’s Semiannual Report is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 1-U.
