SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 8 SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated all events or transactions that occurred after June 30, 2026 up through September 28, 2026. During this period, the Company did not have any material recognizable subsequent events.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
