On September 25, 2026, Alpha Compute Corp (the "Company") announced that it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Stock Market’s minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). On March 2, 2026, Nasdaq’s Listing Qualifications Staff (the “Staff”) notified the Company that its Ordinary Shares had failed to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 per share over the previous 30 consecutive business days, as required by Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The Staff has determined that, for the 11 consecutive business days from September 9, 2026 through September 23, 2026, the closing bid price of the Company’s Ordinary Shares was at or above $1.00 per share. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and the matter is now closed.
