| Segment and Geographic Information | Note 14 –Segment and Geographic Information Operating segments are identified as components of an enterprise about which discrete financial information is available for evaluation by the Chief Operating Decision Maker (“CODM”) in deciding resource allocation and assessing performance. The Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) is the Group's CODM who reviews financial information presented on a consolidated basis. The CODM uses consolidated net loss from our consolidated statements of operations for the purposes of making operating decisions, allocating resources and evaluating financial performance. This metric is used to set budgets, evaluate performance, review actual results, and determine whether to pursue acquisitions, or make other capital management decisions. Segment expenses are reflected in our consolidated statements of operations and cash flows, while segment assets are measured through the consolidated assets on the consolidated balance sheets. Accordingly, the Group manages its business activities on a consolidated basis and operates as one operating and reportable segment. The following table presents long-lived assets information based on the physical location of the assets by geographic region (in thousands):
