WHEREAS, PIMCO Corporate & Income Opportunity Fund (the “Trust”) is organized as a trust under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; and
WHEREAS, Deborah A. DeCotis retired as a Trustee of the Trust, effective as of March 6, 2026.
