Item 5.02.

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 21, 2026, Scott A. Genereux notified Rockwell Automation, Inc. (“the Company”) of his decision to retire from employment effective December 31, 2026. Effective September 30, 2026, Mr. Genereux will cease serving as Chief Revenue Officer of the Company and will remain as a Senior Vice President through his retirement date to facilitate a smooth transition.
