Exhibit 10.4.1 

SIXTH AMENDMENT TO THE

FUND ADMINISTRATION SERVICING AGREEMENT

THIS SIXTH AMENDMENT, effective as of the date last written on the signature page (the “Effective Date”), to the Fund Administration Servicing Agreement, dated as of February 25, 2025 (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between CANARY CAPITAL GROUP LLC (the “Sponsor”) on behalf of each trust listed on Exhibit C to this Agreement (as amended from time to time) (each a “Trust”), and U.S. BANCORP FUND SERVICES, LLC d/b/a U.S. Bank Global Fund Services, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“Fund Services”).

RECITALS

WHEREAS, the parties have entered into the Agreement; and

WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend Exhibit C of the Agreement to add the following Trusts; and

WHEREAS, Section 11 of the Agreement allows for its amendment by a written instrument executed by both parties.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants herein contained, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, do hereby agree as follows:

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment to be executed by a duly authorized officer on one or more counterparts as of the Effective Date.
