We do not currently have a formal policy surrounding the timing of equity awards. The Compensation Committee does not take MNPI into account when determining the timing and terms of equity awards granted and we do not time the disclosure of MNPI for the purpose of affecting the value of executive compensation. For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, no equity awards were granted to a NEO in the period beginning four business days before, or ending one business day after, the filing or furnishing of a periodic or current report that discloses MNPI of the Company. |
