INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING	NOTE 3 — INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING Pursuant to the Initial Public Offering on November 24, 2025, the Company sold 20,700,000 Units, which include the complete exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment option of 2,700,000 Units, at a purchase price of $10.00 per Unit, generating gross proceeds of $207,000,000. Each Unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right. Each right entitles the holder thereof to receive one-tenth (1/10) of one Class A ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial Business Combination.
