On September 22, 2026, Alpha Compute Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it has executed definitive real estate and asset purchase agreements to acquire over 300 acres of surface, mineral and gas rights in Pennsylvania, encompassing the Utica and Marcellus shale formations, together with over 75 existing oil and gas wells, well pump jack inventories, operational maintenance facilities, heavy equipment and associated gathering infrastructure, for a purchase price of US$5.5 million.
