Item 5.02.

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 16, 2026, Adam L. Rosman resigned as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer of Fiserv, Inc. (the “Company”), effective September 30, 2026. Eric C. Nelson, the Company’s current General Counsel and Secretary, will succeed Mr. Rosman as Chief Legal Officer on October 1, 2026.
