Depreciation and amortization expense was $0.1 million and $0.1 million for the years ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively. During the year ended June 30, 2026, the Company also disposed of certain obsolete and unused fixed assets that were fully depreciated, with an original cost of $0.2 million. No gain or loss was recognized on the disposal.
