expenses remain the same. The Example does not take into account brokerage commissions that you may pay on your purchases and

platform &amp; payment companies or global asset managers/financial service providers, the Adviser and Sub-Adviser will consider
as part of this analysis the volume of digital-asset payment transactions processed, offerings of tokenized products or digital
financing, the extent to which a company is promoting or offering new digital asset-related products and services, and the overall
revenue generated from digital asset-related activities relative to competitors.</span></p>

Risk.</b> While the Fund will not directly invest in digital assets, it will be subject to the risks associated with bitcoin by
virtue of its investments in Digital Asset Debt Securities that hold bitcoin or other digital assets. Investing in digital assets
exposes investors to significant risks that are not typically present in other investments. These risks include the uncertainty
surrounding new technology, limited evaluation due to bitcoin’s short trading history, and the potential decline in adoption
and value over the long term. The extreme volatility of the price of bitcoin and other digital assets is also a risk factor. Regulatory
uncertainties, such as potential government interventions and conflicting regulations across jurisdictions, can impact the demand
for digital assets and restrict its usage. Additionally, risks associated with the sale of newly mined digital assets, digital
asset exchanges, competition from alternative digital assets, mining operations, network modifications, and intellectual property
claims pose further challenges to bitcoin-linked investments.</span></p>

In general, the market price of fixed income securities with longer maturities will increase or decrease more in response to changes
in interest rates than shorter-term securities. Changes in government intervention may have adverse effects on investments, volatility,
and illiquidity in debt markets. These changes could cause the Fund’s net asset value to fluctuate or make it more difficult
for the Fund to accurately value its securities. The Fund may invest in fixed income securities that are newly issued with no
trading history. There is no guarantee that such fixed income securities will trade with any volume. How specific fixed income
securities may react to changes in interest rates will depend on the specific characteristics of each security.</span></p>

Securities Risk</b>. The Fund may invest significantly in convertible securities, including convertible bonds, convertible preferred
stocks and synthetic convertible instruments. Convertible securities have characteristics of both debt or preferred securities
and equity securities. Their value may be affected by changes in the market value of the underlying equity security, interest
rates, credit spreads and the issuer’s financial condition. When the market price of the underlying equity security is relatively
high compared to the conversion price, a convertible security may perform more like the underlying equity security and may be
subject to substantial price volatility. When the market price of the underlying equity security is relatively low, a convertible
security may perform more like a debt instrument and may be more sensitive to changes in interest rates, credit spreads and the
issuer’s ability to meet its payment obligations. The Fund’s convertible securities may be issued by companies involved
in digital asset mining, digital asset treasury activities or other digital asset-related businesses. The equity prices, financial
condition and creditworthiness of these issuers may be particularly sensitive to changes in the price, adoption, regulation and
market perception of bitcoin and other digital assets. As a result, the Fund’s convertible securities may experience substantial
volatility and may decline significantly in value. Convertible securities may be below investment grade, unrated or otherwise
speculative and may be subject to heightened credit and liquidity risk. They also may be callable or otherwise subject to terms
that require the Fund to reinvest proceeds at less favorable rates or prices. Synthetic convertible instruments are also subject
to the risks associated with derivatives, including counterparty, valuation and liquidity risk.</span></p>

face unique risks as a result of holding digital assets in their corporate treasury. The speculative perception of digital assets may
overshadow the fundamentals of such companies, leading to exaggerated price movements based on hype or fear. Such companies may face
criticism for adopting such a unique strategy, particularly during periods of declining prices of bitcoin or other digital assets, potentially
harming their reputation and stock value. Companies may also face scrutiny or reputational damage for associating with bitcoin or other
digital assets, which some stakeholders view as controversial due to their environmental and illicit activity concerns. Companies with
significant international operations may face challenges if jurisdictions impose restrictions on digital asset usage, trade or holdings.
Companies holding digital assets may face accounting challenges, such as recording impairment losses when digital asset prices decline,
even if the holdings are not sold. This can distort financial performance metrics. The value of the Fund’s investments in instruments
that provide exposure to bitcoin corporate treasury companies – and therefore the value of an investment in the Fund – could

rates rise, the market value of fixed income securities tends to decrease. Conversely, as interest rates fall, the market value
of fixed income securities tends to increase. This risk will be greater for long-term securities than for short-term securities.
In addition, the interest rates payable on floating rate securities are not fixed and may fluctuate based upon changes in market

income risk. High yield securities may be more susceptible to real or perceived adverse economic and competitive industry conditions
than investment grade securities. The prices of high yield securities have been found to be more sensitive to adverse economic
downturns or individual corporate developments. A projection of an economic downturn or of a period of rising interest rates,
for example, could cause a decline in high yield security prices because the advent of a recession could lessen the ability of
a highly leveraged company to make principal and interest payments on its debt securities. If an issuer of high yield securities

by consumers and businesses or will become rapidly obsolete. These factors can affect the profitability of these companies and, as a
result, the value of their securities. Also, patent protection is integral to the success of many companies in this industry, and profitability

Although Shares are listed on a national securities exchange, such as The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC (the “Exchange”),
and may be traded on U.S. exchanges other than the Exchange, there can be no assurance that Shares will trade with any volume, or
at all, on any stock exchange. In stressed market conditions, the liquidity of Shares may begin to mirror the liquidity of the Fund’s
underlying portfolio holdings, which can be significantly less liquid than Shares. Also, in stressed market conditions, the market
for Shares may become less liquid in response to deteriorating liquidity in the markets for the Fund’s underlying portfolio
holdings. These adverse effects on liquidity for Shares, in turn, could lead to wider bid/ask spreads and differences between the

Risk.</b> The Fund may obtain portfolio exposure through the use of swap(s) referenced to a Digital Asset Debt Security. In general,
a derivative contract such as a swap typically involves leverage (i.e., it provides exposure to potential gain or loss from a
change in the market price of a security or group of securities in a notional amount that exceeds the amount of cash or assets
required to establish or maintain the derivative contract). Swap agreements can be highly volatile, illiquid and difficult to
value, and changes in the value of such instruments held by the Fund may not correlate with the underlying instrument or reference
assets, or the Fund’s other investments. Although the value of swap agreements depends largely upon price movements in the
underlying instrument or reference asset, there are additional risks associated with swap agreements that are possibly greater
than the risks associated with investing directly in the underlying instruments or reference assets, including illiquidity risk,
leveraging risk and counterparty credit risk. Any swap will be based on a notional amount agreed upon by the Sub-Adviser and a
counterparty. A small position in swap agreements could have a potentially large impact on the Fund’s performance. Trading
restrictions or limitations may be imposed by an exchange, and government regulations may restrict trading in swap agreements
or any other derivative.</span></p>

Risk</b>. Options enable the Fund to purchase exposure that is significantly greater than the premium paid. Consequently, the
value of such options can be volatile, and a small investment in options can have a large impact on the performance of the Fund.
The Fund risks losing all or part of the cash paid (premium) for purchasing options. Even a small decline in the value of a reference
asset underlying call options or a small increase in the value of a reference asset underlying put options can result in the entire
investment in such options being lost. Options may also present tracking risk. An imperfect or variable degree of correlation
between price movements of the derivative and the underlying investment may prevent the portfolio from achieving the intended
effect. The value of an option can change over time depending on several factors aside from just changes in the underlying asset’s
price, such as the time remaining to expiration and the expected level of volatility in the underlying asset. For option buyers,
the risk of loss is limited to the option premium at the time of purchase. Additionally, the value of the option may be lost if
the Sub-Adviser fails to exercise such option at or prior to its expiration. If the Sub-Adviser applies an options strategy to
seek to hedge the Fund’s portfolio at an inappropriate time or judges market movements incorrectly, options strategies may
lower the Fund’s return.</span></p>

Market Risk.</b> Securities markets and individual securities will increase or decrease in value. Security prices may fluctuate widely
over short or extended periods in response to market, economic or political news and conditions, and securities markets also tend to
move in cycles. If there is a general decline in the securities markets, it is possible your investment may lose value regardless of
the individual results of the companies in which the Fund invests. The magnitude of up and down price or market fluctuations over time
is sometimes referred to as “volatility,” and it can be significant. In addition, different asset classes and geographic
markets may experience periods of significant correlation with each other. As a result of this correlation, the securities and markets

in recent years and months due to a number of economic, political and global macro factors including uncertainty regarding inflation

other markets, despite efforts to address market disruptions.</span></p>
