We have acted as the Macau counsel for Zenta Group Company Limited (the “Company”), a company incorporated under the laws of Cayman Islands, in connection with (i) the proposed offering (the “Offering”) of Class A Ordinary Shares, debt securities, warrants, rights and units, as set forth in the Company’s registration statement on Form F-3, including all amendments or supplements thereto (the “Registration Statement”), filed by the Company with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
