On September 22, 2026, American Express Credit Account Master Trust (the “Trust”) supplemented its Fourth Amended and Restated Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of April 1, 2018, as amended from time to time (the “Pooling and Servicing Agreement”), with its Series 2026-1 Supplement, dated as of September 22, 2026 (the “Series 2026-1 Supplement”). The Series 2026-1 Supplement is attached hereto as Exhibit 4.1.
On September 22, 2026, the Trust issued its $1,250,000,000 Class A 4.99% Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2026-1 and $53,572,000 Class B 5.39% Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2026-1.
