Item 8.01. Other Events.
As previously reported on a current report on Form 8-K filed on August 25, 2025, Richtech Robotics Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Master Services Agreement (the “MSA”), with a national retailer (the “Client”), pursuant to which the Company agreed to work on project(s) for the Client under additional statement(s) of work (the “SOW”) to be completed by the Company and the Client or work order(s) to be issued by the Client. On September 18, 2026, the Company received a SOW under the MSA, pursuant to which the Client agreed to purchase and deploy 200 of the Company’s DUST-E autonomous cleaning robots over a five-year period. The SOW also covers ongoing ancillary services such as automated reporting and remote support.
